Trevor was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, and graduated from Rocky Mountain High School in 2016. He enlisted in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and later graduated with high honors from the University of Incarnate Word's Respiratory Therapy program. He has also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from American Military University. Currently, he works as a Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Therapist at a Level III NICU.
As the son of two K-12 educators, he has been raised to understand just how vital a sound and comprehensive education is for young students' development. To help his fellow Idahoans achieve success in school, he teamed up with three amazing individuals to create The Idaho EYES Project.

Charlotte was raised in Meridian, Idaho, and attended college at the University of Nevada, Reno where she received her Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education. Once graduated, she quickly realized how much she missed Idaho and moved back.
For the next 6 years, Charlotte taught a variety of high school Social Studies courses and went back to school to receive her Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Charlotte's life took her down a unique path when she moved to Laredo, Texas where she continued teaching. Here she experienced many challenges, but also such kindness. Living in Laredo furthered Charlotte's drive to find ways to help students be successful both in and outside of the classroom.
Charlotte returned to Boise in 2022 where she took a position at St. Luke's Health System as a Principal Trainer. Being back in Boise has brought Charlotte much joy and you could probably find her hiking the foothills, traveling, and throwing a tennis ball for her 11-year-old dog Lilly.
Charlotte is very excited to join together with other like-minded individuals who want to see education in Idaho become a top priority so that students can have the support to be happy and successful.

Molly grew up in Boise, Idaho before moving to Seattle, WA for college. She taught social studies for 10 years in several districts in Washington and Idaho. Her teaching experience made her more passionate about government, economics, social issues, and the way the three intersect and impact the lives of young people.
After moving back to Idaho, Molly obtained her MBA from Boise State University and began a new career at St. Luke’s Health System. She has worked in technology adoption and most recently began a new adventure as the Director of Innovation, allowing her to engage with and support the innovation ecosystem both at St. Luke’s and in the local entrepreneurial community. She lives in Meridian with her husband and two delightful children on a small accidental “farm” that arose from COVID lockdown boredom.
Molly is thrilled to be part of the team and looks forward to finding creative ways to make education more accessible and equitable for Idaho students.
